As of 10/22/24, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Work of the Project includes Construction Services to repair, refurbish, and recommission the hydronic heating system, and replace and update the building automation system (BAS) at the Yukon Flats Health Center (YFHC) in Fort Yukon, Alaska. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these documents and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with commercial HVAC and building automation systems. Owner anticipates that the Work's total bid price will be approximately $550,000 - $650,000 The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 28 February 2025 and final completion date of 31 March 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
