Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consist of the installation of various sizes of RCP and perc pipe in the roadway r/w's. It also consist of the installation of catch basins, the completion of asphalt patches at roadway crossings, and the completion of driveway and landscape work where applicable. Erosion and Sediment control will also need to be implemented throughout the project as shown on the plans. Please refer to the civil plans for the work to be completed in. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORM/VNCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL. PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% ofthe Contract Price.
