Town of Surfside Beach Pedestrian Bridge Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than FIVE (5%) PERCENT of the base bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond and Labor & Material Bond, each in the full amount of the contract sum. To be eligible for consideration, bids must comply with the laws of South Carolina, all conditions of the specifications, and must be made on the form provided. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and technicalities in bidding and to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner.
