The Town of Surfside Beach seeks qualified bidders for our upcoming road resurfacing project, subject to the specifications in the bid package. The deadline for written questions is Wednesday, 11/19/2025 at 5:00 PM. List of Roadways Local Roads to be paved Bay Drive - 10 th S. - Sparrow Drive Hickory Drive - 10th S. - Sparrow Drive Myrtle Drive S. - 10th S. - Sparrow Drive 14 th Ave South - Hwy 17 - Ocean Blvd S. Surfside Drive - Hwy 17 - Poplar, Pinewood-Ocean Blvd. Pinewood Drive S. - 3rd S. - Surfside Drive 4th Ave South Street End Lot 6 th Ave South Street End Lot State Road 4 th Avenue South (SC-835) - Hwy 17 - Myrtle Drive S. 20. The Town of Surfside Beach reserves the right to remove one (1) of the two (2) Roadway Groups from the Bid Schedule (from the project) to stay within the overall paving budget. 21. The millings are to remain property of the Town, and they are to be hauled to Scipio Lane. This project has a hard completion deadline of May 21st, 2026 (before Memorial Day weekend). All striping must be complete as well as equipment demobilized.
