Renovation of a municipal facility in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The deadline for questions from prospective bidders (email only) shall be Friday, 4/4/2025 at 9:00 AM The work shall consist of 1. Replacement of appx. 55 windows. Impact glass shall be required. 2. Several have transom windows to be replaced. 3. Replacements are to be "new construction", vinyl framed windows. 4. Windows shall be single hung, with 2 exceptions. 5. East-facing windows shall have a UV blocking tint to be approved by owner. 6. Installation shall include repairs to building membrane, previous holes in siding, new J-channel, and new vinyl shutters (color TBD). The Town of Surfside Beach seeks qualified bidders to replace windows and related items at our Town Hall subject to the General Specifications in the bid package.
