Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of November 7, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit is currently soliciting proposal for CCB Ceiling Repairs under the direction of the Circuit Court in the Civil Court Building, 10 N. Tucker Blvd., St. Louis, Missouri 63101 Any requests for information may be emailed to Louis Rucker at louis.rucker@courts.mo.gov by 10:00 a.m. on September 20, 2024. Questions will be answered to all proposers in writing. Emailed proposals will not be accepted. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and will not be opened. SCOPE OF WORK Proposals should include costs for all materials, labor and services necessary to complete the project repairs. This project includes the following: Probate Division (10th Floor) Repair damaged and missing drywall ceiling. Additional work to include repairing all damaged seams and painting the entire inner ceiling. Division 12 (7th Floor) Repair all damaged seams and perform touch up painting matching existing ceiling. Division 16 (4th Floor) Repair all damaged seams and perform touch up painting matching existing ceiling. Division 28 (8th Floor) Repair all damaged seams and perform touch up painting matching existing ceiling.
