Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes: Reconstruction of the 20th Street corridor, from Market Street to St. Louis Avenue, a distance of ~1.5 miles. Improvements include new ADAcompliant sidewalk and curb ramps, traffic signal upgrades, new street lighting, new inlets and storm sewer connections, mill and overlay, and landscaping. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2023 Edition, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. Project no - 21-0-47901.00 A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The Board of Public Service reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE Goal for this project is 14%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project.
