PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project scope includes furnishing and installing pedestrian wayfinding signs and foundations. For the purpose of the Bidder/ Subcontractor list, this project includes rebar installation Question Submission Deadline:September 5, 2024, 5:00pm A/E ESTIMATE: $1,200,000 to $1,300,000. PRE-BID SITE INSPECTION: There is no pre bid site inspection meeting scheduled for this project. PAID SICK AND SAFE TIME: Bidders must understand the requirements of SMC 14.16 and RCW 49.46 and demonstrate compliance prior to award. MINIMUM WAGE: Bidders must understand the requirements of SMC 19.19, RCW 49.46, 29 CFR 5.5 and 40 USC 3141 and demonstrate compliance prior to award. DBE REQUIREMENT: This Contract has a 20% mandatory goal. Note: City of Seattle Inclusion Plan requirements are not applicable on FHWA funded projects. TRAINING: This Contract has a Zero Hours Training requirement. QUESTIONS: Questions must be emailed by 5:00pm, on that Thursday before Bid opening. See Standard Specification 1-02.4(1). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
