Should it become necessary to work on any of these components the contractor shall comply with the Ohio Administrative Code, The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulations, and the National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), Standards for Asbestos.
