1.1. Project Overview -- The intent of this RFP is to obtain a qualified firm for the expansion of an existing SALTO Access Control Expansion for Madison County Kentucky. The selected firm must be able to provide all the installation services, programming and connectivity along with all procurement of all related software, hardware, licensing and other related items to connect with the existing Madison County SALTO Pro Space Environment. 1.2. Scope of Work - This bid should include the cost of all licensing, hardware, installation, project management and other related cost and provide for a 3-year contract, payable each year, with an option to renew for 2 years for all labor or related services to the maintenance of the SALTO Access Control System which includes all installed equipment at all facilities.
