Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Connellsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The regularly scheduled meeting for August 28th, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. has been changed to 4:00 P.M. The work will consist of asphalt paving at the Municipal Building lot at 166 McCoy Hollow Road. Each proposal shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certiied check or bid bond payable to the order of Connellsville Township in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents. . The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin or handicap; Connellsville Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in the biddings. Bids may be held by the Connellsville Township for a period of forty ive (45) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the qualiications of bidders prior to awarding the Contract. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents.
