The City of Wilkes -Barre intends to award a contract to A Consulting Engineer/Architect under this solicitation for the: South Fire Station Roof 313 High St Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 Technical Problems or General Questions regarding the bid can be directed to jzaykowski@wilkes-barre.pa.us or (570) 208-4138 Scope of Work is defined in the request for proposals. A contract will be negotiated and awarded to the most qualified firm. The successful proposers shall anticipate a Notice of Award within 30 days after the proposals have been reviewed and a Notice to Proceed shall be issued shortly thereafter. The City of Wilkes-Barre encourages minority owned firms, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms to submit proposals. The proposer must ensure that the employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability.
