GRANT NUMBER 23P-Y-148-1-6357 Furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of Street and Drainage Improvements on Wren Avenue, Cardinal Drive, Mockingbird Lane, Sparrow Drive, and Bluebird Circle located within Ware County, Georgia for the county's fiscal year 2023 Community Development Block Grant, Grant Number 23-P-Y-148-1-6357 as funded by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. The Scope of Work Includes:
Street and Drainage Improvements for a total of 0.72 Miles The Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages if the Bidder fails to execute the Contract
and provide Performance and Payment Bonds within (10) days after being notified that he has been awarded
the Contract. All work on the project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed
Date. Contractors shall submit all questions in writing to Mark Dill via email or fax. Email address is

2024 at 9:00am). All questions received and answers will be provided to all contractors in an addendum and
listed on the Georgia Procurement Registry. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any Bid which in its
opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner has the right to add or to delete from the
Contract once it has been awarded. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of the
bids.
***Bid Event: Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The Ware County Board of Commissioners may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids. ***Document Note: All Bidders must receive a bid
package from the Engineer in order to be considered certified. Bids from non-certified Bidders will not be
considered.
