Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This is a general list of the scope of work. Refer to entire construction documents for complete scope: 1. Refurbish 19 rooftop air handler units. 2. Replace chiller CH-1, CH-2 & Ch-3. 3. Replace all the chilled water pumps and the condenser water pumps. 4. Install a new cooling tower support structure. 5. Replace the cooling tower and outdoor condenser water piping. 6. Replace 17 air handler units. 7. Replace the Energy Management System. 8. Evaluate the chilled water piping and replace sections as warranted. 9. Replace 15 exhaust air fans. 10. Add a redundant DX system for the IPSS room. 11. Replace panel board H-9. 12. Install new panel boards AC1, AC2, AC3 & AC4.
