Includes on and off ramps to the Maine Mall Road. Project 2966400 is located on Routes 9 and 22 and Skway Drive beginning at Broadway and extending to Stevens Avenue. Include 0.57 mile on Skyway Drive. Outline of Work: Pavement Milling, Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay, Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course with Drainage and Safety Improvements, and other incidental work.
