The work includes demolition of a 200,000 gallon multicolumn water storage tank located at 10 School Road, Windham, ME. The contractor is responsible for project coordination, scheduling, and ensuring site and personnel safety. Tasks include performing all site and selective demolition work as shown on the drawings, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for grading the proposed tank location and retaining wall, handling drainage and water removal, and constructing and testing the water tank, piping, mixer, and appurtenances. Additional responsibilities include demolishing electrical utilities, cabinets, and appurtenances, as well as a canopy and pad for electrical cabinet protection. The contractor must furnish and demolish all materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the work entirely, including all bonds, insurance, permits, mobilization, and clean up. All materials, equipment, and incidentals reasonably and properly inferable for the proper completion of the work, whether specified in the contract documents or not, must be provided. Work must be completed in accordance with construction sequencing constraints and guidelines, and within the timeframe identified in the agreement.
