The City is calling for the complete bid submissions from qualified Contractors to remove and dispose of the old Waste Diversion Site Bridge. The works will also include the reinstatement of the watercourse embankments. Permanent Bridge Removal Project. The project is located at 100 Kitchener Street in the City of Orillia, ON (west of Kitchener Park). The subject bridge structure is the previous access bridge to the City's Waste Diversion Site which has been closed to all traffic since the construction of an alternate bridge structure to the north.
