Work includes removal of existing roof membranes/metal roofing, protection board, insulation, fasteners, and any trim pieces. Alternate to include area of the roof replacement adjacent to the main scope of work as shown in the Roof Key Plans. B. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, renovation, hazardous material removal and facility operations during occupancy. C. Contract Terms: Cost plus a fee, with a guaranteed maximum price (GMP). 1.1 ANNOUNCEMENT OF REQUEST FOR BIDS: A.
