Bidders must possess a current C-11 Contractor License. Bidders must provide a copy of the contractor's license with Attachment A. Scope:
1. The Contractor shall provide digital renderings of the proposed interiors. The Airport
will provide PSP logo and branding color information.
2. The Contractor shall provide and install new elevator controllers with the following
capabilities:
a. Non-proprietary controller.
b. Designed for hydraulic elevator applications.
c. Minimum two points of access for diagnostic/maintenance function.
3. The Contractor shall provide and install new hydraulic power units.
a. Appropriately sized for each of the elevator cars.
b. New hydraulic fluid tank to be included.
c. Noise and vibration isolated.
d. Replacement of hydraulic lines.
4. The Contractor shall provide new cab interior doors.
5. The Contractor shall ensure that the existing exterior of the "Wexler Terminal"
elevator doors and frames must not be damaged or removed. The "Wexler Terminal"
elevator cannot have any of the exterior changed.
6. The Contractor shall ensure that the cargo elevator should have a more durable
interior.
7. The Contractor shall provide new drives, control units, door operators, passenger
controls, updated interiors and mechanical guides.
8. The Contractor shall provide new door latches and interlock sensors.
9. The Contractor shall provide new in car operation fixtures with the following features.
a. LED interior lighting
b. Touchless preferred
