Navy Region Southwest (NRSW) N34 Program for Force Protection (CT) requires Two (2) Drop arm electric barrier systems that are ASTM rated and certified per DoD us Army Corps of Engineers and identified on the Anti-RAM Vehicle Barrier List. System must also be compatible with Commander Navy Installation Command NESS/LENEL Access Control System for future utilization on Naval Base Ventura County's (NBVC) flight line.
