Waste Transfer Station Unit Based Bag Program Supplies and Services Each bidder will be required to submit to the Office of the First Selectman, their original proposal with two (2) copies and a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000). Each bidder shall honor the bid price for ninety (90) business days from the date of the bid opening, without modification. Upon award of the bid, the winning bidder shall be bound by the bid proposal price throughout the contract period. Any questions regarding the specifications may be directed, in writing only, to the Town Engineer, Janice Plaziak, at plaziakj@guilfordct.gov with a copy to the Purchasing Department at purchasing@guilfordct.gov by Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. The Town of Guilford reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to waive defects in same, if it deems such to be in the best interest of the Town.
