The Project is Located at: Tolmie Park Tire Pile: 47.123946, -122.770139 / Bedlands Fronting Government Lots 1, 2, and 3, Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 1 West, Approximately 1,240 Feet From the Tolmie State Park Shoreline in the Nisqually Reach Case Inlet Tire Pile: 47.261668, -122.864879 / Bedlands Fronting Government Lot 3, Section 36, Township 21 North, Range 2 West, Approximately 270 Feet From the Shoreline of Harstine Island State Park, in Case Inlet for This Project The Estimated Cost of the Project is $696,000, and the Required Substantial Completion Date is December 20, 2024. Tolmie Park Tire Pile Site Will Be Addressed First as a Pilot Removal, While Case Inlet Tire Pile Will Be Addressed Second After the Full Removal of Tolmie Park Tire Pile. The State Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Informalities. To Do This Work, the Contractor Must Have Adequate Insurance to Hold the State Harmless, Pay State Prevailing Wage Rates, and Have a Washington State Contractor's License. Work at These Sites Consists of, but is Not Limited to, Providing Material, Labor and Equipment for the Complete Removal, Site Cleanup, Transport and Offloading of These Former Artificial Tire Reefs Including: 2,188 +/- 543 Sunken Tires (Bundled and Individual) at Tolmie Park Tire Pile.481 +/- 131 Sunken Tires (Bundled and Individual) at Case Inlet Tire Pile.tire Banding Materials (Polypropylene Rope and/or Metal Line) at Both Sites. other Miscellaneous Plastic Debris Within the Project Footprint (Aquaculture Debris) at Both Sites. ***Pre-bid Meeting: Continue Straight on Marvin Rd Ne.
