As of November 3, 2025, a timeline for this project has not been established. Funding will not be available until 2027 at the earliest. Mottman Road Pedestrian and Street Improvements Engineering Services The City of Olympia Public Works Department (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional engineering firms to provide engineering services for the Mottman Road Pedestrian and Street Improvements Project. The successful consultant's team will provide a full range of civil engineering services necessary to produce final design and provides construction support. The consultant may conduct all work with their own staff, or partner with other firms and sub-consultants. The initial contract will be limited to project management, permitting and preliminary design services. Questions related to this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to Brian Philumalee, Project Engineer, via email at bphiluma@ci.olympia.wa.us Questions via telephone will not be accepted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
