Tolmie Park Tire Pile Site Will Be Addressed First as a Pilot Removal, While Case Inlet Tire Pile Will Be Addressed Second After the Full Removal of Tolmie Park Tire Pile. The State Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Informalities. To Do This Work, the Contractor Must Have Adequate Insurance to Hold the State Harmless, Pay State Prevailing Wage Rates, and Have a Washington State Contractor's License.
