Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work of this Contract comprises revisions to the hydronic heating system and addition of new electric duct heaters for two existing ERVs. Division of the Work among other contractors, subcontractors, suppliers or vendors is solely the Contractors responsibility. Neither the Owner nor Consultant assumes any responsibility to act as an arbiter to establish subcontract terms or disagreements between sectors or disciplines of the Work. Project Summary: .1 Revisions to existing hydronic heating loop. .2 Three (3) New electric duct heating coils within existing ERV supply ducting. .3 Replacement and installation of electrical and controls as required.
