The Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) requires a qualified Contractor to complete an exterior cloud glass/façade cleaning and remove and replace a broken glass panel. The CMHR stakes its reputation on the quality of their visitors' experience. Maintaining a superior standard of clean windows at the facility is critical to continued success. Accordingly, the Contractor must provide the highest level of service to ensure clear and clean views throughout the facility and to maximize the performance of the glass façade system. There is a crack running along the length of one of the glass units on the exterior glass 'cloud' façade of the museum. This glass unit is located on Wing 2, on the west elevation of the cloud glass. The cause of the crack is unknown. The Scope of Work involves removal of the existing cracked cloud glass unit, to then be replaced with a (CMHR supplied) replacement cloud glass unit Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/08/26 02:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
