Contract #3: Electrical Construction of a 2,089 SF wood-frame building addition to link to the existing building This project consists of the construction of a 2,089 square foot, slab on grade, single story wood frame construction building addition and link to the existing building, related site work, HVAC and Electrical improvements. Location : Located in the back of the Richmond Town Hall: Richmond Town Hall - 8690 Main St., Honeoye, NY Project has an expected duration of 365 days to achieve Substantial Completion and 425 days to achieve Project Closeout. The Honeoye-Richmond Historical Society, Ontario County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract.
