The City of Abilene is seeking letters of interest and statements of qualifications from parties interested in performing professional commissioning services for new and existing infrastructure. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Final execution of a contract will be contingent on the availability of funding. It is the intent of this RFQ to establish a term contract for the City of Abilene for building commissioning services and retro building commissioning at City currently owned facilities and new City buildings in the planning and construction phase on a scheduled and "as needed" basis. After evaluation and award of the contract(s) the City intends to award a contract for a one-year initial term with an option to extend four additional years. Response to questions August 29, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. The City of Abilene reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts of proposals and to waive any formalities and technicalities and to accept the proposal(s) most advantageous to the City. The City of Abilene reserves the right to award a contract to more than one contractor, to select a contractor for specific purposes or for any combination of specific purposes.
