Hilltop Wellfield Raw Water Main. The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of approximately 10,330 feet of PVC water main, of which approximately 920 feet is installed by horizontal directional drilling, and approximately 246 feet is installed by jacking and boring. The project is located in Beavercreek Township, Greene County, Ohio. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County. Question Deadline 08/20/2024 at 1:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit written questions to the Owner in sufficient time in advance of the Bid opening to allow sufficient time for the Design Professional to respond. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by the Owner at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the opening of Bids. All Addenda will be issued, except as hereafter provided, and e-mailed or otherwise furnished to potential bidders present at the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting for the project, at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the published time for the opening of Bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. If any Addendum is issued within such seventy-two (72) hour period, then the time for opening of Bids shall be extended one (1) week with no further advertising of Bids required.
