This project includes abatement of lead and asbestos, removal and replacement of the existing carpet and LVT, painting, door and wall installation, and renovations to the existing kitchen and copy rooms. Flooring- 6600 SF (Contractor to verify) (Specs and exhibits attached in Appendix). A.) Remove existing carpet and replace. B.) Offices to have carpet. (4900 SF.) Contractor to verify. c.) Hallways, warming kitchen, and copy room to have LVT. (1700 SF.) Contractor to verify. d.) Replace all wall cove throughout the seventh floor. 2.) Hallways A.) Abatement for all wallpaper in the hallway. B.) wall to be repainted to city standard color. (repose grey) c.) Hallways to have wall base removed and replaced. D.) security door and hardware at each end of the hall. (double door) E.) All doors to be repainted. 3.) Warming Kitchen A.) Warming kitchen to be demo'd and renovated B.) New fridge needs to be larger than the last. Cabinets must accommodate for this. c.) Cabinetry to be removed and replaced D.) Sink to be removed and replaced. E.) New Nugget style counter Ice maker to be procured through this project. F.) New fridge to be procured through this project. G.) Warming kitchen to have new small table to accommodate users. H.) New microwave is required as part of this project. 4.) Printer/ Copy Room A.) Demo and renovate copy room. B.) Cabinets are to be replaced in kind. c.) Flooring in this room to be replaced with LVT per exhibit. D.) Room to be painted. E.) Wall base to be removed and replaced. 5.) Other Services A.) Construct walls to separate three offices as shown in the attached exhibits. Offices 620, 618, and 626 will be modified to create separate offices. B.) Install one door for new 626 office. c.) Install one door for new 618 office. (includes all door hardware) D.) Run electrical and data to office. E.) Offices to be repainted. F.) Abatement of all locations marked out per attached asbestos and lead report is to be included as part of this project. G.) Takedown, Storage, and reinstall of existing Furniture/ cubicles is to be included as part of this project. There are 13 office sets, 18 cubicles, 39 file cabinets, 4 conference tables, and various other chairs, pictures, etc. (contractor to verify onsite). H.) remove all blinds and install new manual blinds.
