The City of Bell is seeking Bids for DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS AND SITE CLEARANCE 6400 Atlantic Avenue Bell, CA. 90201 SCOPE OF WORK In general, the work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the contract documents and conforming to the special provisions. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Pre-demolition hazardous material abatement, demolition of buildings and building slabs, base material and foundations, removal of light poles and fixtures including foundations, backfill and compaction of excavated areas for removal of foundations, backfill, compaction and grading of work site , installation of six (6) foot high privacy chain-link fence , haul-away and proper disposal of all demolished and removed materials and complete cleanup of the work area. It is the intent of this contract to have a Contractor supply all materials and equipment for the Demolition of Buildings and Site Clearance at 6400 Atlantic Avenue, Bell, CA. 90201 and other appurtenances in accordance with these SPECIFICATIONS and PLANS and in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Work Constructions (SSPWC) latest edition.
