Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/26 12:00:00 PM NDT Question Deadline 08/26/2024 at 12:00 AM NT All enquiries related to the Open Call for Bids must be directed, in writing, to the Contract Administrator identified in the Open Call for Bids. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The Work will be substantially performed within 3.0 months from the date of notification of award of contract or December 31, 2024, whichever is later. Contractors are advised the PROJECT shall include, but will not be limited to, the scope as outlined in the following summary. Work will involve sign and signpost installation and repairs at various locations as indicated in the Project Location Table. Work will include: o Mobilization and demobilization o Accommodation of traffic o Removal and disposal of existing signs and signposts o Installation of new signboards on existing signposts o Supply and installation of supplied signs on new signposts o Supply and placement of rock fill to build new sign islands or increase the size of existing sign islands o Installation/replacement of culverts for sign islands o Removal and reinstalation of existing guide rail o Force account work as required For further information, please refer to the breakdown of quantities in the tender document and the updated Department's Specifications Book.
