Washington Township Paving 2024 Each Bid Shall Have Filed With It a Bid Guaranty in the Form of Bid Bond or Certified Check in the Amount Equal to 10% of the Bid. The Successful Bidder, Upon Entering Into a Contract, Will Be Required to Provide a Performance Bond Or Certified Check With a Total Equaling One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Price. All Blanks on a Bid Form Shall Be Fully Completed, and the Form Must Be Signed by a Representative With Legal Authority to Do So. The Board of Trusteees Reserve the Right to Reject Any Bids, the Right to Accept the Lowest and Best Bid, the Right to Waive Minor Formalities or Irregularities on Any Bid, and the Right to Accept the Bid Proposal Which Promotes the Best Interest of the Township.
