Site work for a water / sewer project in Brenham, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Aeration improvements, rehabilitation of an existing treatment unit, conversion of a chlorine disinfection basin to UV, and other related appurtenances. Estimate: $3,100,000.00. Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must accompany the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to award the Bid using best value Competitive Sealed Bidding under Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter C, and waive informalities in bidding. All Bids received after the Bid closing time designated herein above will be returned unopened. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for eighty-five (85) calendar days after the return of the Bid Opening. OWNER may, in its sole discretion, release any bid and return the Bid security prior to that date. Bids that are released shall have the Bid Security returned within seven (7) days after release. If offer is accepted, Contractor shall achieve Date of Substantial Completion and will be complete and ready for final payment within 520 days after Date of Commencement of the Work, subject to adjustments of Contract Time as provided in the Contract. Question Deadline 09/06/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be submitted to ENGINEER in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of bids.
