INSERT SCOPE OF WORK (or provide attachment for lengthy scope) Exterior Slate RoofRepairs/ Replacement at Mary Ellen McCormack Development. 156 O'Callaghan Way - Replace all broken and missing slate above the unit. There are a very significant amount ofrepairs needed above this unit. Entire sections must be replaced. 150 O'Callaghan Way - Replace all broken and missing slate. 46 Logan Way - Remove slate from both sides of the valley and store for reuse. Remove valley flashing materials. Apply high temperature Grace Ice & Water Shield with a sheet of rosin paper over it. Install new red copper 16 oz/sf red copper sheet metal valley. Reinstall slate on both sides of the valley and make any necessary slate repairs in the immediate vicinity. 49 Logan Way Replace all broken and missing slate. 226 O'Callaghan Way - Remove slate from both sides of the valley and store for reuse. Remove valley flashing materials. Apply high temperature Grace Ice & Water Shield with a sheet of rosin paper over it. Install new red copper 16 oz. /sf red copper sheet metal valley. Reinstall slate on both sides of the valley and make any necessary slate repairs in the immediate vicinity. NOTE* A successful bidder, whose awarded contract amount is $25,000 or greater, shall be required to provide a FIFTY % PAYMENT BOND. Bidders shall include the cost ofthe bond in any quotation amount greater or equal to $25,000.
