Demolition of Metal Building and Wooden Storage Shed. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Overview of Project 1) Demolish the pre-engineered metal building (~60 x 40 ft) located to the east of the Montague Town Hall Annex. 2) Demolish the adjacent wooden shed (~27 x 17 ft) that is directly attached to the Montague Town Hall Annex. The Assistant Town Administrator will be available to answer any general questions about procedure, etc., but no question will be answered that in any way could give an unfair advantage to a contractor except through a written Addendum.
