Site work for a water / sewer project in Swansea, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing approximately 220 feet of 8" sewer main, sanitary service connections, and associated site restoration. Tharp Sewer Extension This project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the CDBG program administered by St. Clair County IGD. The awarded contractor is required to utilize Minority Business Enterprise(s) (MBE) in the minimum amount of 15% of the total contract value. This Invitation to Bid should not be construed as a commitment of any kind on the part of the Village of Swansea, nor does it commit the Village of Swansea to pay for any costs incurred in the submission of a bid package, nor for any costs incurred prior to the execution of a formal Agreement. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. The selected bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and all applicable Prevailing Wage regulations. Question Deadline 09/03/2024
