Sealed Bids from qualified CONTRACTORS for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, means, and performing all work for the "Village of Swansea - H Street Rehab Phase II" project This project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the CDBG program administered by St. Clair County IGD. The awarded contractor is required to utilize Minority Business Enterprise(s) (MBE) in the minimum amount of 15%of the total contract value. Other requirements can be found in the project specifications. This Invitation to Bid should not be construed as a commitment of any kind on the part of the Village of Swansea, nor does it commit the Village of Swansea to pay for any costs incurred in the submission of a bid package, nor for any costs incurred prior to the execution of a formal Agreement. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. The selected bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and all applicable Prevailing Wage regulations Question Deadline 07/21/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
