St. Clair Township seeks qualified contractors to purchase, deliver, and install corrugated metal pipe culverts and stone riprap at several locations under the aggregate walking trail in Centennial Park, located at 311 North Belt East, Swansea, IL 62226. Contractors are responsible for making a site visit to determine necessary access, clearing, and subsequent repairs to the walking trail after culvert installation. If funding is available, optional improvements to a deteriorated section of the asphalt walking trail may be included, to be determined after bids are received. Bids must be delivered as sealed proposals before the stated opening time.
