Plans and specifications may be purchased for $140.00 if mailed and $120.00 if picked up at the office of Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc., 4940 Old Collinsville Road, Swansea, Illinois 62226. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. The selected bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and all applicable Prevailing Wage regulations.
