Sealed Bids are invited from qualified CONTRACTORS for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, means, and performing all work for the "Village of Swansea – H Street Rehab Phase III" project. The project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the CDBG program administered by St. Clair County IGD. The awarded contractor is required to utilize Minority Business Enterprise(s) (MBE) in the minimum amount of 15% of the total contract value. Other requirements are specified in the project specifications. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. The selected bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and all applicable Prevailing Wage regulations.
