Site work for a civil project in Elkton, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Carroll County Bureau of Purchasing in cooperation with the Bureau of Utilities is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to construct the Hickory Lane 8-inch Water Main Replacement project. The project site is located in Eldersburg, Maryland, with work included on Oak Hill Drive and Liberty Road (MD Route 26). Primary aspects of the project include the following: - Installation of approximately 1,480 linear feet (LF) of new 8-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main in Hickory Lane. - Connection to the existing 8-inch cast iron pipe (CIP) water mains on Oak Hill Drive and Liberty Road (MD RTE. 26). - Replacement of existing water house connections (WHC's) up to the water meter for 6311 Oak Hill Dr; 6403, 6404, 6405, 6407, 6408, 6409, 6411, 6412, 6413, 6414, 6415, 6416, 6417, 6418, 6419, 6420, 6421,6422, 6423 Hickory Lane; and 2210 Liberty Road.
