Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Asphalt pavement various streets (leveling). The specifications will be given to the contractors upon payment of $75.00 non-refundable to Municipalité régionale de Tracadie, 3267, rue Principale, Tracadie NB, E1X 1G5. The method of payment is either: cash, cheque or money order The latest version as well as the amendments of the "Tender Regulations" of the Crown Construction Contracts Act (82-109) apply. Neither the lowest nor any of the bids will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the municipality may cancel this call for tenders. The awarding of the contract is conditional on obtaining financing for this project. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond or a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Municipalité régionale de Tracadie. The name of the bidder as well as the name of the contract must be clearly indicated on the envelope.
