South Campus Improvements TIMELINE: A Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued by the owner. The purpose of the RFP is to secure prospective proponents to submit proposals for P-24-19 Design, Contract Administration and Construction Services for South Campus Improvements. The proponent must be a single legal entity that, if selected, intends to negotiate and enter into the contract with the Town. The Town of Innisfil is soliciting qualified Consulting Engineering Services to complete background work including a feasibility study of the design and servicing plan of underground water storage facility under the parking lot, contract administration, and construction inspection of the rehabilitation of Innisfil Recreational Complex south parking lot and construction of a new storage shed near Innisfil Recreational Complex to replace the old storage shed that will require some modification as stated below in this section. The design shall be undertaken in accordance with the scope and plan. The feasibility study shall determine the practicality of storing rainwater for irrigation under the south parking lot as further described in RFP P-24-19. in Appendix D - RFP Particulars A. The deliverables). Enquiries must be forwarded ot the owner prior to August 22, 2024 12:00:00 PM (EDT). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
