South Wall- 3-36" lower cabinets with 1 drawer and 2 doors with a pull
out shelf in each cabinet.
Upper cabinets 3-36"wide 24" high 12" deep 1 shelf in each cabinet
Countertop to mount on top of the 3-36" lower cabinets, with standard
overhang.
North Wall- Remove existing counter and cabinets, upper and lower,
reusing the faucet, sink and garbage disposal.
Install
1-36" sink base cabinet
1-36" 24" high 12" deep. upper cabinet with 1 shelf
1-Over the refrigerator cabinet-size to TBD
Material: Like counter tops and cabinet as the existing countertop and
cabinets.
Paint the room with Sherwin Williams color to stay the same.
Electrical to be installed by the Town.
Award: Award Will Be Made to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder Whose Bid Meets the Requirements and Criteria Set Forth in This Request for Bid.
