Reference Number 0000276347 The intent of this tender is to obtain an offer to supply snow removal and ice control services as specified in the tender documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide snow removal and ice control services for the roads, sidewalks, parking lots, and other hard surfaces identified in Appendixes A and B, to the standards set out below. Requests for such clarification shall be made in writing to Peter Sharkey, Facilities Coordinator. The final day for questions is August 26th, 2024. The Owner shall not be responsible for any instructions or information given to any Contractor other than in writing by the Owner. In consideration of services performed to the satisfaction of the Owner, the Owner shall pay to the Contractor the rates/fees/pricing as outlined in the Bid Form, for the period of October 1st, 2024, to May 31st, 2025 (the "Initial Year"). Upon conclusion of the Initial Year, and each subsequent year (October 1 - May 31) of the agreement, the Owner and the Contractor shall meet to determine mutually-agreed-upon rates for the following year. The Owner reserves the right not to accept any or all bids, and not necessarily the lowest.
