The Site of the Work will be located at various sites within Clark County, City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, Nevada Department of Transportation, and City of Henderson rights-of-way and private lands. The Work consists of the construction of sewer laterals, sewer mains, sewer manholes, appurtenances, asphalt concrete pavement replacement, concrete replacement, site restoration and abandonment of septic systems. Locations will be defined by individual Task Orders. The work will provide conversion of sewer systems for parcels currently discharging to permitted septic systems that receive Colorado River Water from a SNWA purveyor member. The Contractor will be issued individual Task Orders which will include engineer stamped drawings indicating the specific locations of the work, the work to be performed and estimated quantities associated with the Work. The Work expressly includes Contractors obtaining final inspections and acceptance by agencies having jurisdiction. The Owner requires the Project commence within 30 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Final Notice to Proceed and the Project be completed in accordance with the schedule stated in each issued Task Order The Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed by the Contract Documents and Nevada State law.
