As of January 30, 2025, this project has been completed. Proposed Project Shall Include New Construction of a Pre-engineered Steel Building. Specification Sections and Scopes of Work Will Be Divisions 02 Sitework Through 16 Electrical. o 02-000 - Sitework Contractor o 03-107 - Cast-in-place Concrete o 08-300 - Sectional Overhead Doors o 09-910 - Prime and Painting o 13-000 - Pre-engineered Metal Building Contractor o 15-100 - Plumbing o 32-000 - Asphalt Paving o 16-100 - Electrical Questions on Bid Packet Can Be Directed to: Jennk@nwbuildersinc.com. All Questions Must Be in Written Communications. J. Provide Bid on Bid Form. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by the Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in the Amount Equal to at Least 10 Percent of the Amount of the Total Bid, Which Shall Be Forfeited to Rice Lake Utilities in the Event the Successful Bidder Fails to Enter Into a Contract. Bidders Will Be Requested to Submit "bidders Statement". Bidders Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 Percent of Bid Amount. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After Bid Opening Without Written Consent of the Rlu. G. Rlu Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and Reject Any or All Bids.
