USACE Alaska District HQ 2024 Tree and Stump Removal, JBER-Elmendorf, Alaska. Questions and proposals may be emailed to the points of contact in this solicitation. Prospective contractors are strongly encouraged to participate in a scheduled site visit with the USACE customer. A site visit is Mandatory to participate in this acquisition. Failure to attend the site visit will not be basis for a later claim. See FAR 52.237-1. Contractor shall send First name, Middle name, Last name, and if applicable, Suffix (i.e. Sr., Jr., III), for all personnel planning to attend who do not already have base access and send to William Egeberg at William.G.Egeberg@usace.army.mil as soon as possible upon receiving this request for proposal, Not Later Than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on 16 Aug 2024. The site visit will be on 19 Aug 2024 and commence at 1000 at the JBER Office. Contractors will assemble at the Bldg 2204 Annex, 2204 Talley Avenue (Third Street). JBER Office Address: 2204 3rd Street - Annex Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson-Elmendorf, AK 99506 The Point of Contact for site access is: William Egeberg District Facilities Manager Ph: 907-753-2732 William.G.Egeberg@usace.army.mil Questions from prospective contractors will not be answered during the site visit. Questions or requests for clarifications shall be directed in writing to the contract specialist, Mr. Ernest Woods at Ernest.L.Woods@usace.army.mil not later than 4:00 pm Alaska Daylight Time, 26 Aug 2024.
