Site work for a water / sewer project in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this solicitation for Buckman Wetlands Pilot (this Solicitation) is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide JEA with a pilot-scale treatment wetland system that receives approximately 20 to 80 gallons per minute (gpm) reuse water from Buckman WRF. Site civil activities associated with clearing, environmental controls, erosion and sediment control, dewatering, grading, sodding, seeding and planting within the wetlands pretreatment, to remove organics, nutrients, and other contaminants of emerging concern from the treated effluent, prior to discharge as described in this Solicitation (the Work) and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
